For a 100th Birthday.

It was custom that when a person reached their 100th Birthday, a telegram would be sent from the King or Queen. It was an eagerly awaited and important message for those reaching that significant milestone. The Prime Minister of the day would sometimes also send a Congratulations message.

Few examples are now known. Families who still have such important momentos often want them filed in secret to protect the privacy of the recipients. Few come onto the market.
